What devices can be charged\/powered by BLUETTI EB70?
A: For EB70, the maximum output power is 700W, so please make sure the total power of your devices doesn't exceed 700W, or the inverter will shut down itself.
Friendly Note: For some devices with motor / compressor built inside, the instant start-up power may be 2-4 times more than the rated power, which may exceed the upper limit of the EB70.
How long will EB70 power my device?
A: Working time (estimation) = 716Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device. (0.85=Conversion Rate)
Please note that the actual working time may vary under different situations.
What kind of solar panel can charge this EB70?
The solar panel must meet:
1) Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) between 12V-28V;
2) Equipped with MC4 Connector. If your panel has an Anderson connector, please purchase Anderson to MC4 cable, separately.
1) 1*BLUETTI SP200 (200W), fully recharge from 0-100% in 5-6 hours.
2) 1*BLUETTI SP120 (120W), fully recharge from 0-100% in 7-8 hours.
Friendly Note: The actual charging time depends on the weather, solar condition, and the angle of the solar panels.
Can it charge and discharge simultaneously?
Yes, the EB70 supports pass-through charging; equipped with the premium LiFePO4 battery and the advanced Battery Management System, just feel free to use it the way that better suits your needs.
The packing is great. The shipping boxes where holed in places but both items arrived intact and unscratched. I tried charging with the panel. Weather was overcast with some sun breaks: So less than ideal. It took about a day and half to get full. Input wattage ranged from 18 to 54 Watts. Under ideal conditions it should work as promised. the EB 70 was able to charge all my communications gear. I also tried fans, electric blanket, TV and players, my guitar stack; All no problem. Incredibly, it ran a 900 watt microwave!? This is probably not recommended but it worked. I tried the fridge but that was too much. So for apartment dwellers this unit seems ideal. Leaves the question; will the battery pack last as long as they say. Time will tell.
We have been very impressed with the EB70. It has met our expectations and then some. We have never had any type of power station such as this before and while having a good understanding of what to expect, experiencing it in a real application is usually different. We had also been looking at a EB150 as well but we wanted to check out the 70 and see how things went first regarding our needs, etc. We are so happy with this unit, I would definitely add another or an EB150 if the need is there.
My recomendation is not to use US Postal Service for Puerto Rico. I havent recieve my generator yet.
