1, How long does it take for delivery?
We will endeavor to ship all the products you ordered as soon as possible after you paid. Please note that we need 1-3 working days to process the order, and usually you will receive your products after 5-7 days. If the shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons, we will notify you ahead of delays.
2, Which countries do you ship to?
All products are shipped to the United States only. If you stay in other countries, please order through the websites below:
Note: Alaska, Hawaii, PR, and VI are beyond shipping services (If the package exceeds 30kg, it will not be shipped.)

3, How will my delivery be shipped?
Our shipping service providers include FedEx, UPS, etc.
4, I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
Due to different products will take different shipping options, we can not guarantee you will receive all the packages at the same time though you ordered at the same moment. Please rest assured that you will get a shipment notification email once the package has been shipped.
5, Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Please be aware that once the package has been shipped out, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
